The Furniture Week!!!!

It was another busy day today. I had the schedule to go to Room To go store in Village of Sandhill. Before we got there, we decided to stop and eat some lunch. Yep, we went to another Chinese buffet place. It was alright but wasn’t that great. After we ate, we went to the Sandhill. OMG!, it was huge! It was more like a village where the outlets was lined up like the house. I thought it was the biggest mall I had ever seen. It took sometimes to drove around the mall area.

Finally, we got to Room To Go store. I took three hours in that store, just to look and sit on every sofa thy had in the store…LOL.. Well, I also got the info package and price of the furniture that would look good for our house. The sales person told me that my husband could get the online credit and we could come back with the credit number and order all the furniture we wanted..that sounded really good to me..LOL…!!!!

After we left the furniture store and I asked Eddie to take me to the Asia store to get some stuff. We spent sometimes to get the stuff there and the owner of the store came back and told us the shop would close soon…LOL.. Well, I got enough stuff and I just went to checkout. There wasn’t much fresh vegetable though. We left the store and headed to the house..LOL.. Mama and Eddie droped me off and went home. And yes, I hopped in the bed and slept and woke up to talk to my husband later on..hehe..

It was another furniture day again!!! Mama and Eddie got here in the late morning. I was trying to get the credit online done as well as my husband. But it didn’t work no matter what zip code we put into the box on their website. I made a call to that lady we met yesterday and she was our sale person. She said to me to put different zip code in, I told her I did. She told me she would call him back after she got to work and talked to her manager. Ok, we waited. Between that we talked if we could make a deal by putting some down payment to all the order today and the rest we would put it on credit later.


It was a while and no one called us back. Mama called back and got her on the phone. She said she was talking to her manager about it. Mama said if she could work it out, I would want to order all the furniture. She asked us to give her 30 minutes..LOL..


I cooked lunch for mama and Eddie between waiting again. I made some stir fried beef with chilies paste and some Tom Yum chicken. It was spicy for them but they said it was good..LOL..
Then the lady from the store called back and said the website was broken but I could go there and put down some money for the order …wait a minute..put down money for the order that meant I wouldn’t get anything to order???....Funny… That was it for Room To Go.


After we left the house to go to Harbison area, we found one store but it wasn’t my taste and it was just so expensive. We drove around and found another Room To Go store..LOL…and we decided to gave a shot.


Guess what? It was totally different in this store. The sale lady was very nice and helpful. She even helped me to apply for the credit and got $2,500 credit for myself..plus $2000 cash, I would have some furniture order today. Oh, she told me the website was fine! So my husband could get the credit online and I could come back and get the rest of the stuff tomorrow with no problem…


As she was about to order one package for me, we run in a problem that I needed green cash for the order not the cash check with my husband name on it.. Oh man… she told me to take it easy and to come back tomorrow everything was saved into my name. So it shouldn’t be any problem.. Ok, tomorrow was fine!


Left the store, we went to find something to eat. I wanted the BBQ so we decided to go to Maurice’s I was still full from lunch actually. So I couldn’t eat much and ended up taking home for most of the stuff I ordered.


Eddie and mama drove me home and dropped me of and then they headed back home.

It was busy since early day today. About what? The credit online stuff that was.. We tried to put all the zip codes in SC just to pop the application up but it didn’t work. It was enough then I had to call someone. I found out that NC and SC hadn’t be in the credit online service yet. Why bother to put the link in there then??
So I tried to put NY zip code into it…and guess what? The application form popped up right away…LOL.. I filled in the application with my husband info…but then it didn’t approve and said my husband needed to contact them back…Ok, he did that and not long after that we got approve a good bit of credit..hehe…I was thinking, would it be anything easy???


After I got the info from my husband, Eddie drove me to the store again before that we stopped by at the bank and got some cash. We got to the store and found that lady again, she was quite happy to see us back..LOL…we worked some trick and everything went well and…my furniture would get to the house next week…woooohooooooo!!!!

Got the ordered done, then we went to find something to eat. My husband told me to take Wddie to Outback and for me to get blooming onion and some steake…LOL.. the restaurant hadn’t opened yet so we walked a few step to Peir1 where I promised my husband to go check it out. I was surprised and loved that store already as the first step there. They really had some good stuff. I was talking to my husband on the phone and also made the list in my head what I would come back for..LOL I hung up with my husband but still walked around the store until the time the restaurant opened.


At the restaurant I ordered 7 Oz. of Victoria’s Crowned Filet with Blue cheese on top. Oh the blooming onion was the first thing I ordered..LOL.. The blooming onion was very good. I ate like half of it..LOL..and then the soup. I was almost full at this point so I could only eat a bit of steak and had to take half of the blooming onion and the steak home.


We were pretty stuff and headed home after that. I had to keep chatting to Eddie ..LOL.. I was afraid he might fell asleep driving..LOL.. Eddie went back home after dropped me at the house.. I did the same thing as usual.. hopped in the bed and woke up to talk to my husband later on at night…
